Help Buying a Gaming PC.

So I'm 23 and have grown out of consoles and didn't bother buying the new generation. I have decided to save my money and buy a PC. I currently have 800 and am quite tech minded. I feel like I could manage to build my own after watching some newegg videos on YT, But I feel like buying my first and upgrading it over the next few years would be the best idea as it would help me get my head around where all the wires have to go and cable management air vs water cooling, cpu gpu power needed for what I will be using it for ect.

So I've been looking on ebay and around on donedeal but I feel like I will be ripped off. I live in Laois and would like to find somewhere to buy decent bang for my buck. or someone who will put it together if I buy it parts. Also where would be the best place to buy parts online or here in Ireland. I feel like Irish companys are out to rob you and the likes of PC world only have standard dirt I wouldn't pay for.

Sorry I know this is in worng section as there is no section for buying PC's and feel like you guys are the right ones to ask

TLDR; want to buy pc. Where will I get a decent rig for my money?

Hardwareversand.de is where most people buy their parts as it is really cheap as they have lower vat rates. They will build it for you for 30 euro and shipping is 12 or so. You can get windows for 10 euro on reddit software swap.

add 20 for them to put it together and 10 for windows. Allows for overclocking which is easier then ever these days if you're comfortable with it. To knock 100 off you could go with the x4 750k.
