New Build Parts Advice

Hi all, I've spent some time researching and picking parts for my new build which I want mainly for software development, some graphic design and a little gaming. Not too worried about running AAA games on ultra settings but would like to be able to play most titles on medium+. For gaming I'll be running a copy of windows 8 that I already own.

The build has a couple of constraints which I'm trying to work around, I'm aiming for <€800 and the components I'm selecting are ones that are compatible for running OS X (Gigabyte board, Nvidia card, Intel Processor). The other limiting factor is that I need a small form factor case, hence the one I've chosen, but am open to suggestions of alternatives

    With all that said:

    1. What is your budget? [€800]

    2. What will be the main purpose of the computer? [Development, some gaming]

    3. Do you need a copy of Windows? [No]

    4. Can you use any parts from an old computer? [No]

    5. Do you need a monitor? [No]

5a. If yes, what size do you need. [N/A]

5b. If no, what resolution is your current monitor and do you plan to upgrade in the near future? [1920x1080] [No]

    6. Do you need any of these peripherals? [No]

    7. Are you willing to try overclocking? [Yes but aftermarket cooling isn't in initial budget so it's something for further down the line]

    8. How can you pay? [Credit Card/Laser]

    9. When are you purchasing? [Ready to purchase immediately

    10. If you need help building it, where are you based? [N/A]

My current selections from Hardwareversand are:

    Gigabyte GA-Z87N-Wifi, ITX, Sockel 1150 - €125.99

    EVGA GeForce GTX 760 SuperClocked AX, 2GB DDR5, PCI-Express €227.80

    8GB-Kit Crucial Ballistix Sport XT Series DDR3-1600, CL9 - €62.65

    Seagate Barracuda 7200 1000GB, SATA 6Gb/s -€47.67

    Corsair CX Series Modular CX600M, 600W - €64.65

    Intel Core i5-4670K Box, LGA1150 - €201.14

    BitFenix Prodigy Mini-ITX - €70.49

    Total: €800.39

I've left certain things out to stay within budget SSD/Cooling/Optical drive but plan to get these in the coming months.

The main things I'm unsure of is whether the GPU is overkill for my needs, perhaps some of the money would be better invested in other parts of the system. Also is 600W power too much/too little. I aim to overclock the system once I pick up cooling.

One final question. Some of these parts have gone from "ready to dispatch" to "delivery date unknown" literally overnight... are hardwareversand usually quick to get parts back in stock or should I be looking for alternatives? I'm pretty keen to get building ASAP.

Looking forward to hearing any of your comments and thanks for your time.
    J.

500w would be enough for the psu. Do you need to spend 125 on the motherboard?

From what I've read Gigabyte boards work out of the box with OS X and since this is my first hackintosh build I would like to be up and running with as little trouble as possible. I'm open to alternatives but I'm not sure what's out there. The wifi is also a bonus as my home setup isn't very accommodating to long ethernet runs or powerline adapters (haven't tried but I suspect not) and I can't install a dedicated wireless card as the only pci-e slot will be used for graphics.
