    Hi everyone,

I've been offered a job (wahey!) in Dundalk and am thinking of relocating from Dublin.

    Can anyone advise me on:

    (a) areas to live: anywhere to avoid / anywhere that's a particularly nice area

    (b) what kind of scene is there. Into gigs, indie music, sustainable living, vintage clothes

    Thanks in advance ;)

for indie music check out the spiritstore. www.spiritstore.ie
For places to live, there have been a couple of threads already.. I would suggest you buy a copy of one of the local papers, either the Argus or Dundalk Democrat

For places to live it would depend on where you will be working and if you have your own transport.
