Has anyone ever had red light therapy done before?

Hey just wondering if anyone has ever tried Red Light Therapy and if so, have you had any results from it? also, not sure what the difference is between this and blue light therapy so even if anyone had tried that I'd like to hear. I have suffered from acne so have some scarring and red marks but also experience breakouts…

Also, I'm a smoker so I have fine lines which are starting to get deeper the further into my thirties I go!! Any feedback on it would be appreciated or even any other treatments anyone's found effective. Cheers!
