French Language Immersion - anyone know any good daytime only ones in France?

Anyone know any good programmes (other than Glenans) where a 17 yr old can go to help with his French during the day? We're taking a family holiday to the South of France (location flexible) and want to get him into some sort of activity based day camp (preferably water sports) to help with his French for the LC next year.…

Looking online all I can seem to find are full immersion courses or classroom based teaching. Looking for an "Irish college" type feel but where he'd be able to come back to stay with us at night.
