With the inclusion of the UK now on Newegg.com, does anyone know if they will ship now via parcel motel to RI?

Don't know to be honest, though they're apparently adding an official Irish storefront to the website soon anyway.

Sounds awesome but we will have customs added to it I'm sure so the savings will be offset heavily I think.

I wouldn't buy off them if stuff has to be shipped from the US. It would be a nightmare dealing with RMA's and the tax man.

Yeah, add on VAT and duty and their prices are pretty average.

Not sure how the store thing is going to work. At the moment they're just allowing certain countries to order limited products from their US site, but I think the're going to open up dedicated distribution channels over here in Europe eventually. Which would be essential really - otherwise delivery and RMAs etc would be a nightmare as ye say.

If they're selling in Europe, the like you said, there's a distinct chance they have a warehouse here somewhere. UK, Ireland, Poland and The Netherlands are a pretty big market, so it may be a sensible move to have a warehouse to fulfil that potential level of activity. Germany is a notable absence and looking on compare.eu shows that there seems to be a metric fkton of hardware suppliers there already so that's not a surprise. Poland too always seems to return a lot of results in compare.eu, so I'm wondering how well that'll do for them.

Looking forward to seeing there prices, more competition can only be a good thing.

They also do deals/sales,everyday prices might not be brilliant but they do loads of daily deals etc
