Or any phone shop at all for that matter???

My phone has completely died (just tonight) and I am flying to the states at 11am tomorrow.

    Terminal 2...

Is there still a vf in arrivals??? (Although how I will work that I don't know)

Dixons in T2 airside would be your only hope. I think they carry 3 or 4 different phones, not a huge range but something tat may get you by.

Don't know how much help this will be but I'm fairly sure the Surfbox kiosks have a phone charging thing attached to them. Links to locations are here -> http://www.dublinairport.com/gns/at-the-airport/terminal2/facilities-services/internet_and_printing.aspx

There is/was one in T1 Arrivals but think it's mostly for Sim cards, not sure if it sells proper phones. Anyone can access it, it's beside the area where arrivals arrive through to mix with the rest of the airport.

If you just want any old phone I would hit your nearest Tesco and pick up one of their Tesco Mobile phones and use their sim and number. Think it needs to be quadband to work properly in the US.

Why not just buy a phone in the US ...
Any AT&T compatible phone should work in Europe.

Just make sure it supports GSM 900/1800
