If you know a website where I can post what I want etc and where people can then pick and make a cart for me online and I just buy the parts, that be good.

OR If you can post the names of parts or links of the parts or even if you wanna post a cart of parts and I can buy the parts from there.

Whats your budget and is it latest games you want to play like watchdogs and battlefield 4 etc.

To be honest, I'm not sure, I want it to be as cheap as possible but to be able to play say DayZ or Battlefield 4, Civ 5 etc

Your wanting to build your own laptop?? Don't think I've heard of many sites that work that way. Maybe a few that will allow to customise what's in it but even that's rare.

Also most "gaming" laptops can be quite expensive especially if you want one that can run the latest games at reasonable frame-rates.

Yea your looking at over 800 for a decent gaming laptop. If portability is an issue could do a mini-itx build. Whats your budget? Do you need a copy of windows?

I will pay whatever is needed but cheap as possible so if you can help me make a PC I'll look at the Computer and specs and see if I want to buy it not.

Its hard to spec a PC without a budget. But heres a mini pc build if you needed to bring it home on weekends.

You could bump up the processor to an i5-4440.
You could bump up the ram to 8gb
you could bump up the graphics card to an r9 270 or a gtx 760 depending on budget
