Make up in Galway

Does anyone have any experience of getting make up done in Galway?
I have an event coming up and I really want to get it done and would prefer to got to a counter so that I can purchase make up.
I currently have both Benefit and Urban Decay booked for the day and will cancel one or the other when I finally make up my mind!
Has anyone ever got make up done with Benefit or Urban Decay based in Galway and if so how was it?
I don't usually wear a lot of make up and so I am afraid that Urban Decay may go a little wild but on the flip side Benefit can sometimes be quite day time.

I've no experience of Galway or Cork but have gone to Laura Mercier in BT Dublin lots of times and had good experiences - this was for graduations, weddings and big nights out. Never had any bother and I had a different make up artist each time.

EDIT - Didn't realise OP was from ages ago. Beibhinnbunny I've used Benefit in Debenhams in Dublin before and had a good experience

thank you stinkle, did you find benefit to be very 'day time' or were they able to make it suitable for night?

I only stopped by randomly during the day and had no going out plans so it was fairly "safe" alright, but the girl who was doing it was happy to do more dramatic eyes, that kind of thing. Maybe I got lucky that someone was happy to experiment!
