Unexpected Job Interview

This may sound bizarre but I've been given an interview for what I understood to be for a job as a food assistant. However, having just looked back on my emails I now realise that this is in fact for a bar job/ beverage assistant position. I'm really nervous as I've quite a bad shake in my hands and don't think I'd be able to carry more than two glasses at a time and even at that if they are full I'd probably spill some of it.

Should I be up front with the interviewer and let them know about my apprehensive thoughts or should I play it cool and see if things work out?

Any advice appreciated haven't had an interview in a long time now and haven't a clue what to do.
