Hey! So I did the dreaded thing over the weekend and slept with my make up not once but two nights! I was at a hen weekend. My skin still isn't right, I look like I've aged two years at least! It's so tired looking and feels dry. My make up isn't going on the same and caught a glimpse of myself in work and I look wrecked!! Any tips for getting my skin back to normal? Many thanks xx

Give yourself a home facial and use an overnight mask- I like the Una Brennan neroli one

Clease, tone and moisturise, Anna! Give your skin a rest for a few days and it will be fine.

It's probably down to the late nights/ alcohol as well! Drink loads of water and use some good moisturising masks. I like nuxe creme fraiche and body shop vitamin e sink in moisture mask

There's a 3 minute mask you can get in Boots - it's their own brand in a blue squeezy tube and only a couple of euro for it. I find it really revives my skin when it's looking tired and dry after a weekend.

After I do the mask I exfoliate and wash as normal then moisturize. Skin usually looks good as new!

Water, water, water... and then some more water! I find my skin is very tired looking after a night out and the only solution is water, and lots of it.

Exfoliate your skin to give it a bit more pep, and a nice face masque would also help revive your skin and brighten it up.

lots of water first of all to rehydrate you.

then what I do is start with a good clean face with a scrub or a hot cloth cleanser.

Apply a good mask (I love dermalogica multi vitamin power recovery, philosophy drink up or elemis skin resurfacing).

Then apply a product with hydraluronic acid to your face. Follow this with a good moituroiser (if my skin is in bits I use either elizabeth arden eight hour face cream, forever living aloe vera lotion or la roche posay intense recontructing cream is my new favourite).
