Hi there - does anyone know if this site has gone bust? I ordered 3 weeks ago and money is gone from my account. I keep getting bounce backs from their emails and can't get through on the phone. Today i can't access their website. Ripping mad!

Hi, I made a very substantial order with this company on 10th May, credit card was debited but still no delivery to date. Like you I have tried ringing but number is out of service, also emailed several times but no reply. I have checked out consumers affairs website which advised writing a letter of complaint to the company which I did and needless to say I did not receive a reply. I don't know what course of action is available now, but would appreciate any advice as I presume the company is bust and has taken our hard earned cash.

Well I still have not received anything either. I will contact my bank and see if there is anything that can be done and let you know

If you ordered by credit card contact your bank and tell them to initiate a charge back and you'll get your money back.

Thanks guys I've written to my credit card provider to see if I can get a refund.
