I had a steak omelette yesterday. 6 eggs and two fillet steaks chopped up and fried rare, thrown in the middle. delicious.

Hand cut fries? How does that work then?

Had some Chicken Tikka Masala for lunch, lovely so it was.

But my best one is probably having the fried cheese and tartar sauce at KRCMA some years back. It was so nice I wanted to leave and come back and order it again immediately.

I'm on a zero carb week and it was leg day. If you think that's bad you shouldn't see my normal meals.

6 eggs and 2 200g fillet streaks is around 1300 calories. It's not an obscene amount of food by any means.
