    Hi,

You are probably posting in the wrong section, what issue are you having? This thread from late last year mentions getting a password reset.

    Cheers.

It's a service for customers, what did you expect?

NOT BLACKMAIL, OR THEFT OF my online identity, frankly, it was my email address long before eircom bought indigo. And I bought and paid for it, worst of all I am for the moment still an eircon customer.

You don't appear to understand what blackmail is. You are not a customer. Asking you to become one to use their services is not blackmail.

You don't own an indigo.ie email address, Eircom does. If you are actually a customer they'll reset it. Its utterly irrelevant how long ago you got the address.
