I am trying to prepare a low carb low fat high protein soup using an american recipe, the problem is I cant find chicken broth anywhere, is there an equivalent that has a different name in ireland?

Americans mean stock, either homemade or cubes, when they say broth (also fanny means arse tee hee.)

Buy some chicken on the bone, remove all or some of the skins from them , add some greens, garlic, ginger, pepper corns, celery, whatever and make you're own inexpensive, healthy broth/stock. Cheap, simple and way better for you.
