Shutter Release Error

    Hi,

I have a nikon d3000 which has the error 'Press Shutter Release Button Again'. I don't know much about cameras and bought it to have nice holiday snaps and for family occasions. I brought to a repair shop who have said it would need a circuit board replaced which wouldn't really be worth it for the cost. They offered me 70e for the body for parts. Is this worth taking?

Also I still have the original lens that came with the camera. How much could I expect to get for this if I sell it or should I keep it and look out for a cheap second hand nikon body? Thanks.
