Tinnitus cure?

Anyone with Tinnitus know if it's curable? Seemed to get it from build up of ear wax and loud music. Worried it's permanent because i can't stand it.

No there isn't really a cure for it. It does lessen over time for some people though.
You can train yourself to ignore it and use masking techniques to keep your sanity.
