    Interesting concept, doesn't appear to be a scam, and it costs you nothing so no harm in it, probably a cheap way for QoinPro to spread the word.

    By my reckoning it would take you 273,972 years approx to accumulate 1 bitcoin with no referrals, and if you became a Senior Advocate you could probably get one in half that time. They might have more ways of speeding up the process down the line.

    I wouldn't link a scam :)
    Its free money at the end of the day and if you get a few referrals and just leave your account to build up over time its a couple of extra euro in the pocket for free :)
