What would a be an acceptable height to install a water tank so that the would be sufficient pressure for a decent shower, probably a drench type shower. The reason I ask is that I am building a bungalow and would rather not put in a pressurized system.

    Thanks.

    Thanks.

For a drench type your most likely going to need a shower pump . You don't need a pressurized system though

For a drench shower with no pump you'd need a tank at least 4 stories above the shower.

Remember the bigger the shower head the more pressure behind you will need.
