Toshiba cloud tv and rte player

Thinking of buying a Toshiba smart tv - 32D3454DB (see http://www.pcworld.ie/Product/toshiba-32d3454db-smart-32-led-tv-with-builtin-dvd-player/317333/191) which comes with "limited" cloud tv access. Anyone have any idea if this will include rte player and its tv3 equivalent? Thanks in advance....

The Toshiba doesn't have rte or tv3 built in, I have the 39 inch model, Netflix and YouTube are there out of the box. They are a great telly but the lack of apps is a problem, don't know how to add them. Good bargains on them at tesco.com and grabone
