bird scaring bangers

    My neighbour was at bales and left the banger going to keep birds away, our yard was near it and didnt bother us hardly heard it, a person from allmost a mile away is complaing saying kept her awake and that there illlegal to have, my right in thinking shes very wrong?

    She is very wrong - they are perfectly legal.

    If it kept her awake was it on at night? Bird scarers might be legal but they should be used correctly and not at night.

    Was put going after 6am, just as crows started to appear
