Replace HTC One X battery with HTC One X+ battery

Has anyone kept their HTC One X but put in the bigger and apparently cooler HTC One X+ battery (as in it doesn't overheat)?

Phone does everything I want it to do, if battery could be changed (and upgraded ) then I'm sure it'd last me a while longer. Anyone been down this particular road before?

Seems to be possible, but looks messy... (youtube video has crap music, so you might want to mute it)

So it can be done, might check local phone shops, seems awful tricky. Cheers for the link.

If anyone has had the battery replaced I'd be delighted to hear how you went about it and what the result was!

Looks as simple as a battery replacement so. Not bad compared to other phones TBH
