    Might be lime, any chance of a closer pic of one of the leaves?

    If the seat's wet, sit on yer hat, a cool head is better than a wet ar5e.

    Looks like a cherry of some sort-leaf elongated, tipped and toothed, bark looks like cherry, crown shape/angle too.
    See if there are 2 small raised bumps midway down the leaf stalk.
    Yep it's a cherry-note the fruits-green.

    As periodictable said, its a Cherry :D

    Hornbeam would have leaves that look a bit more ridgey (for want of a better word)
