    Wrong forum but I gave grinds for business a few years ago so I can probably weigh in. The course is quite long - but structured relatively well. It's one of those subjects where your input will directly correlate to output. In other words, if you put the work in you'll get the result.

    It's one of the nicer subjects as far as the LC goes. If you're interested in that sort of thing then go for it.
