My wheels warning level red!

Just checked car on my wheels.ie 05ce479 bmw 3 series advertised on donedeal. It's come back with warning level red due to:
Tax out since sept 2012!
No.of owners 6

This is the second car today I've checked that came back with a warning.is there any genuine cars privately for sale on donedeal?

The other was 04WW4044 , warning level red :
NCT Expired more than 60 days
Large number of owners for vehicle age
Tax expired more than 120 days

although add states NCT 02/02015 ?? Thats €16 so spent so far....

If you continually search for cars at the cheaper end of their price range, you will certainly find the cars with issues.
If you are looking at the more genuine standard of car, just keep looking.

I'm sorry but nothing there would stop me owning the car?

I'd view it anyway, you can go down the road that people who don't pay their car tax don't spend money on their car either but you could be missing out!!

Wouldn't stop me looking at the car either; my current car was out of tax and nct for 2 years, and it's not given any bother in the last 18 months...

If they scrimp on a legally required piece of paper what else have they scrimped on. Saying that missing tax would be my last worry when choosing and then checking out a car.

And for anyone with their wits about them, that should be a red flag if they're looking to buy it.

Off the road is off the road, it could be owners decision, or it could be something more serious - crash repair, blown engine, etc. There's no way to distinguish from a potential buyers point of view - Hence why it's a red flag.
