jSmashed screen on HTC One SV, how much to repair?

As the title suggests, I dropped my phone today and pretty much all of the screen is cracked. The phone still works but the display is all over the place with black lines in some parts and fuzzy all over. Is it worth repairing or getting something to keep me going till November when I'm due to upgrade. Thanks
