I am heading to Dublin from Manooth tomorrow, Sunday at around 7 or 8. Whats traffic usually like at this time?

Traffic should be very low at that time.

I'd be inclined to leave more time. You'll be joining all the traffic coming back to Dublin after the weekend in the West on the M4. Little Mix are in the O2 so expect the North Quays to be heavy.

Also depends on where you're going in Dublin
