Where to buy: Power antenna mast.

    Hi all,

    I'm looking to buy a power antenna mast, my antenna is bent and won't retract Fully, the motor seems fine.
    I'd prefer to replace with a power mast, as opposed to a whip style antenna. I'd also prefer to get one new, as I know the nylon can be prone to breaking.

    From a quick google, the only place I can see is: http://www.antennamastsrus.com but it's going to cost €35 and I've nO idea how long delivery will take.

    I've tried Halfords, they only have the whip style.

    I bought a hirschmann aerial from car-masts-uk on eBay. About 60 euro I think. German made. Before that I had Chinese made ones, 2 of them in 4 months. Both stopped working. hirschmann is in about 18 months and not a bother.

    I was hoping I wouldn't have to resort to eBay, I've never been a big fan. I'd much prefer a wholesaler like Halfords or similar.

    I had no problem with car masts. Arrived in 2 days from uk.

    €60 is a bit steep, did that come with the motor too?

    I've just had a look at their site, they have a few electric masts in stock, I've sent them a mail to confirm that it'll fit my car.
    They look pretty reasonable too.
