    Compression running gear - any thoughts? I have 2XU Compression Recovery tights - been using them about six weeks now - and I have to say I am a convert, for during the run and after. But, any thoughts on brands? Some of this stuff is not cheap. Heard good things about the Aussie Skins company though. Anyone used their gear or other recommendations

    I have used Skins for the last three year and love them.

    And while they may be expensive i still am using the ones i got 3 years ago.

    While in good weather i like to run without them, i always use them in races and always seem to get a bit of extra speed out of the legs.
