    hi guys
    i have been running since last may 2013 and i have been doing 5k,10k 5 mile all over the year including the parkrun (marley) i have done this about 10 times.
    since january i joined a running club and the training is brillant and really am injoying i

    i done the first 5 k since i joined the club and i was a minute faster 20.29 flat

    three weeks later i done the parkrun 5k in 20 34 and its hilly


    but this week i done the same parkrun again in 21 20 same time before i started club and i felt fine before race didnt feel tierd. should i be worried

    No. You'll have good days and bad days. You can't always expect to run a PB. Sometimes, you have to fight for it.
