I can get everything working perfectly on my joystick on War thunder (PS4) but the hat switch won't work properly. I can get everything working perfectly on my joystick on War thunder (PS4) but the hat switch won't work properly. When I try to set the View X axis, I move the hat switch right, it registers as axis 13, then when I move it left it either shows as axis 14, or axis 13 but not moved all the way to the left. It's not a problem with the physical buttons or the joystick itself as I connected it to my laptop to make sure everything was registering properly and re-calibrated. Anyone know how to fix this problem? Spent hours messing with the settings last night, the closest I could get was pushing the hat left/right, and the camera would turn but go down also. Y axis wouldnt work properly. When I push the switch a certain direction it moves in a different direction.
