    My gs4 has problems when making and recieving phone calls.the calls connect but I can not hear anything from my end and neither can the other person.i bought the phone to the samsung shop and we did all the tests and the phone is ok .the guy in the shop put the phone in safe mode and calls are now perfect.he said there may be a suspect app downloaded on the phone .he said I will have to factory reset the phone.is there a way of finding out what app is effecting the phone or a virus killer I can get .
