Don't know if anybody else out there has DBK shares?

I was issued with 1380 DBKB rights shares this morning at EUR 0.00 and it's now up to EUR 1.51 per share. I have never experienced this before so am not sure what to do.

I can't set any limits or stops, my only options are to watch or close

you need to sell them unless you are willing to exercise them and pay the subscription price for new shares at 22.50

your broker may have a service to automatically sell your rights before they expire worthless end of next week but you should check

Hi Woodesb, thanks for the reply explaining my options to me.

I couldn't stand the uncertainty of what or what not to do with the right and sold them for approx EUR 1.60 each - they topped out at around EUR 1.625 so I wasn't too far off the top.

However, after reading your post now I'm not sure it was the best option. If I had the option of buying shares at EUR 22.50 and the current share price is hovering around EUR 28.00, then it looks like a missed opportunity for me.

Oh well, live a little, learn a lot

not quite that simple, there was no free money there

    you needed 18 rights to buy 5 shares - so your calculation would have been 28 - 22.50 (5/18) = ~1.60
