Scores highest on the AV rating website.

Quite pricey though. A fair bit more than Eset.

Thanks frasr, downloaded to my laptop no problem, then tried to do it on another but no luck, is it one per ip address?

I've been using bitdefender on 3 laptops at home for the last couple of years. Seems to do the job.

Switched to bitdefender from multiple other paid antivirus solutions panda, avira, kaspersky to malware and performance issues. Its the best I've come across no bull**** warnings or nagging stays out of the way, low resource usage.

Seems to be affecting download speeds for me. Anyone else experiencing this?

BitDefender is the best AV out there, Eset is still a quality choice due to its lack of power hogging but if you have a reasonably specced machine Bitdefender is definitely the way to go.

A month of this software is better than a year of AVG, cheers OP

can anyone get signed up to this still? it won't work for me, nothing happens when i click the 'get free licence' button.
the 'back to top' button isn't working on it either

Just worked fine for me. There was a bit of a delay (~5 seconds) between the time I clicked the button and it gave me the success message, but it worked in the end.

Make sure you haven't scripts blocked on the page.

My bad, there was another BitFender promo code on another thread that had expired.

Does this cause noticeable lag on the installed machine compared to just having Microsoft Security Essentials installed?
