Who wants some Freedom?

So the Ukrainian Crisis has left the public consciousness for most part with events happening at a slower pace that isn't as jazzy for the news.

On top of that we rarely hear about the wars in the Middle East anymore. Sure the information is out there on both counts but it's not in our faces.

So my question is, where is the next place to receive some freedom? I'd prefer not to be caught out again.

How's South Sudan coming on? Time to win some hearts and minds yet?

    Maybe open a Starbucks?

Syria's president got over eightysomething percent of the votes in the recent election but it seems that type of freedom isn't acceptable.

Venezuela is heading for a brick wall at a rate of knots. You think Ireland has it bad with bond holders? Bloomberg: Venezuela Sacrifices Drinking Water to Pay Bondholders. Doubleplusungood.

You are the type of what the age is searching for, and what it is afraid it has found. I am so glad that you have never done anything, never carved a statue, or painted a picture, or produced anything outside of yourself! Life has been your art. You have set yourself to music. Your days are your sonnets.
