Help with Morse code

I'm wondering if someone here can help me with some Morse code. There is a message in the below audio file. It is played twice - it starts at around 7 seconds, and again around 18 seconds. I know the quality is pretty bad - the code was buried behind some other audio and I tried to EQ it out. Try as I might I can't…

Try as I might I can't concentrate enough to count the beeps and dashes.
