    2 bedrooms for rent in Belfield Court, right outside UCD on n11, for June (starting 12th), July and August.

    2 bedroom apartment both with double beds

    Rent is negotiable, but will be about 150 a week including waste, electricity and broadband. If other room is not rented then basically the person will have the place to themselves at no extra cost to them.

    Facilities include private parking, a coded gate and bike shed, wireless broadband internet+ electricity, washing machine, oven, waste, bus stop right outside the gate, extreme proximity to UCD.

    Special requirements would be one weeks deposit, if property is left as was received this shall be used for the last weeks rent.
