    I'm looking to set up a charity dealing in second hand clothing. I'm looking either distribute the used clothing to the less fortunate peoe throughout Ireland, mainly Dublin for logistical reasons and also possibly to poorer nations if there is a courier willing to do so.

    I'm looking for any information on how I might go about doing this.

    Can I suggest you might put your time and energy into working for SVP instead, seeing as that's kind of part of their services already? A very 'decent' organisation who's volunteers are to commended for the great kindness they show in their work.
