Item not received by expected date

I ordered 100 customised items back May 4th from an Ebay seller (they needed printing).

Estimated delivery date was 29 May to 4 June.

I still haven't received them by today.

Yesterday I opened a dispute through paypal.

Seller has contacted me now to say they were sent on 29 May. There is no tracking number - sent by USPS.

What should I do now? Should I try force a refund? Today was when I needed them by.

What if they come in the next few days?

    Any advice?

The word "Estimated" would make your claim null and void.

There's no way in hell I would order something that I needed for 4th June when the quoted delivery date said "Estimated Delivery date".

Paypal won't entertain your refund - not their fault that delivery may be a couple (or a few) of days past an estimated delivery date.

    Update....

Just received a refund from the seller.

    Dispute close.
