Any jeweller with the Three Golden Balls hanging outside? I'm sure there's one on Capel St.

Yeh its Beretons http://www.johnbreretonjewellers.ie//Contact-Us/Capel-Street they are on O'Connell St & Grafton St too.

The Pawn Shop entrance is downstairs to the side of the main shop.

You dont pawn expensive jewelry if you are selling it. But it to auction as you generally get a far higher price
