How to get a new appointment with Intreo Office

    Two weeks ago, I signed up online for Jobseeker's Benefit. I got a text message a few days after that, offering me an appointment two days after.

    I could not go to that appointment, because I was working that day (I am working three days/week, so I'm trying to get that 'Part Time Worker's JSB')

    First of all, I rang the office, I was supposed to go, but I was told, they don't give new appointments over the phone, but that I have to do that online as well.

    I used the contact form on the main website, and to be sure, I also answered on the text message, mentioned above. I did both twice actually, but they didn't get back to me.

    Just wondering, would that be normal? Am I being pushed back in the waiting list, because I didn't go to the original appointment...even if it was not my fault, the notice was too short to get someone else working my shift.

    Thanks, but the problem is, sometimes I'm working (looking for part time worker's JSB, or how it's called) or I'm minding the child.

    Was even thinking about editing the application online and sending it out again. Wouldn't I get a new appointment this way?

    Sorry, I'm really clueless :confused:
