    Hi there

    To any painters out there, an aunt of mine is looking to get her house painted soon and is wondering what it would roughly cost her

    The total area size is 550 square yards (big house) no flaky paint to be removed but will need 2 coats

    Exterior I presume?

    1. Wooden facia/sofit?
    2. Exterior doors? Also windows?
    3. What type of exterior , dash, render?
    4. Do gutters / down pipes need painting or are the PVC?
    5. Sills / reveals?
    6. Does she want one colour?

    1. Yes all need a coat of gloss
    2.No
    3.Normal sand and cement render around 10years old
    4.All PVC
    5.yes all one colour (creamy colour)
