Court Question

    Hi everyone,

The father of my child lives in the UK, and we're in Ireland. He comes over regularly to see our son, and i have taken him over to the Uk to see my ex too.
He has told me that he's taking me to court for access as he would like it formalized.
    My question is:
Can Irish courts compel me to take the child over to the uk, and does this often happen?
Not that I won't take him- i'm just wondering

    Thanks

I dunno if the Irish courts would compel you to take someone over to the uk, they might compel you to take some one up to the uk, or over to england, wales or scotland....

If you are in Inisowen, they might compel you to take someone down to the uk.
