    I'm trying to hook up my phone with another laptop to download pics but it's not connecting. Don't know why. When on my own laptop it does it automatically, downloading/transferring all new photos.

    Anyone any tips or experience??

    What phone model, what version of Windows (or Mac?) is being used, etc?

    it:s a 610 and an Inspiron. It:s not in English so I'm struggling with the version. The stickers on the keyboard say core i7...hmmm

    I don't know why it doesn't work without any problems as I've used an internet cafe computer and installed Zune on it no bother before...
