Different Doctor with a medical card

Hey there.I've moved since I was last at the Doctors and never changed my Doctor.Can I get an appointment with one in my area today with my medical card or will I need to go through a moving process where I move to a new Doctor first?Thanks.

you and your new GP complete this form
