Jobbridge Payment - what now?

I have been searching through many threads for an answer, but don't seem to have found what I'm looking for!
I started a Jobbridge internship today (SW office have all my bank details etc.). I hear that it takes approx 2 weeks for Jobbridge payments to come through.
I just want to clarify, should I have collected my JA today?
And will the Jobbridge payments (2 or 3 of them, depending) be paid in arrears?
