Putting money onto credit card?

    Hi

    My credit card (mastercard) max is €2000.
    However, I need to make a purchase in the coming weeks of approx €6000. 
    Can I transfer €4000 onto my credit card and purchase away?

    Any advice would be great, thanks :)

    Thank you for posting your query on boards.ie.

    Once you hold an ROI Credit Card it is certainly possible to transfer additional funds to your card allowing you to make a larger purchase.  These additional funds can be transferred to your credit card via BOI365 Online.

    When making larger purchases with your Credit Card we would advise contacting our Credit Card Services Team on 0818 251 251 to make them aware. This ensures they are pre notified of this transaction.
