I'm a 21 year old lady looking for a nice gal or guy to live with from this coming September. Preferably someone chilled out and drama-free - I specify this because of recent experiences - who isn't going to be really noisy or have people over constantly, since I'll be going into 3rd year and will need to get my shizzle together and study. Rent is 360 a month and the house is a small two bedroomed place about a 15 minute walk from NUIM North Campus. Only catch is, I have a little cat.
