    Just completed my first triathlon, the triathy sprint distance, so hoping to do one or 2 more before the summer is out. Not sure if i would be up for stepping up to an olympic distance. i did the following times on saturday

    Swim 12 mins
    Cycle 40 mins
    Run 22 mins

    thinking of one of the following;

    http://www.irishtriathlon.com/entry/?ee=29

    http://www.dingletriathlon.ie/

    Any opinions on these or whatother ones would be good to do?

    I live in Kildare but would be willing to travel

    Thanks

    Paul

    TriAthlone is early next month Paul - great race and a national series event so likely to be popular. Usually draws a decent crowd.

    I'm in the same situation as yourself, done Athy last week as my first go at triathlon and am heading down to Clare for the Boruman on the 14th. I have booked for the Caroline Kearney Tri as my first Olympic distance.
