Building Brick Shed

Hi all, I'm building a brick shed out the back and have done all the measuring.

I'm looking for advice on laying the foundations and what type of wall I should use.

    I had two ideas:

    1) Single wall using 4" solid blocks with a couple of support pilers built in

    2) Double wall using 4" solid blocks with the gap in the center packed with aero board or insulation board.

The roof will be timber lean-to, angling down towards the existing gutter on the site of the house, possible tiled, haven't decided yet.

Any help, advice, criticism welcome, thanks in advance.
